Kathy Coder
Founder and President
Kathy has 20 years of experience in consulting, training, sales, and leadership development and a diverse client list ranging from Fortune 100 companies to churches, schools, and non-profits. Having spent the first part of her career in medical sales and training, she founded Inta-Great in 1996, and has been helping people and organizations reach their greatness ever since.
Kathy understands that life is an Inta-Greated process, and she has
significant experience in developing emerging, existing, and executive leaders, as well as implementing sales and professional development programs throughout organizations. Her approach is refreshing and customized, which yields engagement, results, and sustainability. She understands that both results and relationships have to work in harmony in order to sustain lasting effectiveness.
Kathy is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and the National Speakers Association. She holds Bachelor degrees in Communications and Business, and she has a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.
She currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA with her encouraging husband, Ron.
Ron Coder
Vice President of Coaching

After graduating high school in Japan, Ron tried out for the Penn State football team as a walk-on. Four years and a degree later, he was drafted in the 3rd round by the Pittsburgh Steelers. After playing 10 years in the NFL, Ron went to work with Pro Athletes Outreach where he helped train pro athletes how to be better role models.
Ron spent the next 20 years in sales and consulting roles as well as being a sought after speaker and executive coach. Despite his success in the business world, however, he never left his love for football behind. In 2007, Ron served as head coach for the Pittsburgh Passion (a women's professional football team) and led them to a perfect 12-0 season and Super Bowl Championship.
Overall, whatever Ron is doing, he utilizes his love for competition and his leadership abilities to get the best results possible. And, he loves helping others do the same. No matter what walk of life, Ron knows how to assemble great teams and lead them to victory.
He currently lives in Pittsburgh, PA with his loving wife, Kathy.
Valerie Faust
Director of Blossom & Flourish and

Valerie is a dynamic speaker, facilitator, trainer, and coach. Passionate about helping young women and girls develop the confidence and skills they need to be successful leaders, she developed Blossom & Flourish, a leadership development program serving middle school and high school girls.
In addition to this work, she also serves as one of Inta-Great's primary consultants and provides Inta-Great with marketing support, overseeing their social media presence and writing for the Inta-Great blog.
As a former Division I softball player at the University of Pittsburgh, Valerie is committed to working hard and pursuing excellence. On top of having a successful softball career, she was named Valedictorian of Graduating Student-Athletes. She now brings the same drive and dedication that made her successful on and off the softball field to her work with Inta-Great.
Valerie holds her B.A. in Communications and Business from the University of Pittsburgh and her M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College.
She currently lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her supportive husband, Morgan, and their spoiled cats, Puma and Nike.
Elizabeth Gory
Training Professional
Elizabeth Gory is a training professional who has worked with Fortune 100 clients worldwide. She specializes in the pharmaceutical and medical industries concentrating on improving skills in communication and negotiation.
Prior to her experience as a consultant, Elizabeth worked in the pharmaceutical industry for nine years. She began at one of the leading pharmaceutical manufacturers in the world and then worked for a well-known Medical Education provider.
When working with Inta-Great, Elizabeth focuses on developing women physicians as leaders through Inta-Great's WILLOW - Women In Leadership Leading Other Women - in Medicine offering.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has focused on education and professional development and enjoys helping people reach their highest potential.

Branden Ballard
Leader. Mentor. Coach. Nonprofit Professional.
Branden is the We Promise Program Manager for Pittsburgh Public Schools.
Born and raised in Detroit, MI, Branden ventured to Pittsburgh to further his education at the University of Pittsburgh. While at Pitt, he walked onto the varsity football team and obtained a Bachelors of Art in Social Sciences. Since then, he has also recieved a Masters of Art in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
Branden currently serves as the President of the Urban League Young Professionals of Greater Pittsburgh. He was named as one of the recipients of the 2010 Fab 40 under 40 Awards from the New Pittsburgh Courier, a Public Service Award recipient from Champion Enterprises Pittsburgh (2012) and was recently named a Rising Star (2013) by Baker Leadership. Branden also served as a Pittsburgh delegate at the One Young World Conference in Zurich, Switzerland in 2012 and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
As one of Inta-Great's go-to guest speakers, especially when working with young men, Branden is a great asset to the Inta-Great team.
